When...When To Mail?

Everyone Should Farm!
This depends on your area.
If it is a very competitive area then mail 3 to 4 times a month. This aggressive program will build your name quickly and create a very successful image.
Less competitive area, then mail twice a month; once a month just doesn't cut it. If they receive your mailing on the 1st of the month and they decide to move in the middle of the month you risk losing this call.
Budget your advertising.
If your budget only allows mailing once a month then cut the area in half and mail twice a month. Then when it starts to turn add back the other addresses.
Day of the week.
Mail on a different day each time. This way your mailing will arrive at the home on different days giving you a chance to target both heads of the house.
